This policy explains how TeOra Technologies Limited ("TeOra", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use this website or contact us. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018.

TeOra Technologies Limited is the data controller. We are registered in Ireland, company number 828001, with our registered office at Unit 68, Boyne Business Park, Drogheda, Co. Louth, A92 YF9N. You can contact us about your data at info@teora.ie or on 087 718 4796.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or request a call back, we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in and your message. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

How we use it and our legal basis

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, call you back, and prepare any quote you ask for. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We will not add you to marketing lists without your separate permission.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., under a data processing agreement. Netlify may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Google Maps

The map on our contact section only loads when you choose "Show map". Google may then set cookies and collect data as described in Google's privacy policy. The "Open in Google Maps" and "Directions" links take you to Google's own website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the contract and for legal and tax purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@teora.ie. We'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
